Seth Garland is a graduate of Georgia Southwestern State University and holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration and a Master's of Business in Accounting. While enrolled in the University, he was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society and graduated with honors.

He has been with Garland, Williams, & Associates since January of 2017 and is currently pursuing his Certified Public Accounting license. He specializes in financial statement reviews and compilations, tax management advising, and tax return preparation for corporations, partnerships, non-profits, and individuals.

His hobbies include hunting, golfing, and watching University of Georgia football. He has been married to his wife, Tiffany Harrell Garland since 2019 and they have a golden retriever, Nash. He is a member of First Baptist Church of Dawson and resides in Dawson, Ga.
